We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with every item they purchase.

We are happy to offer an exchange, unless item arrives defective. Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 10 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated.

Please note customers must pay return shipping. Any costs incurred by return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Alexis Daoud Jewelry does not reimburse buyers for any costs incurred from return shipping, local taxes and customs charges.
