  • What is the return policy?

    We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with every item they purchase. We are happy to offer an exchange, unless item arrives defective. Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 10 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated. Please contact us regarding any issues at contact@alexisdaoudjewelry.com   

  • What are the shipping options?

    We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders, no minimum. There are also Expedited and Xpresspost shipping options available through our shipping partner, Canada Post. Full details on shipping can be found here.  

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

    We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates. Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that Alexis Daoud Jewelry has no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.  

  • When will I receive my order?

    Transit times can vary greatly depending on where you're located. Usual transit time to most locations is 8-12 business days. For more detailed information, you can visit out shipping page here

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    Please contact us immediately at contact@alexisdaoudjewelry.com. Changes can be made to an order within 24 hours of placement. 

  • Where are you located?

    We are based in Ottawa, Ontario.

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

    All of our jewelry is handmade by skilled artisans with vast experience in jewelry making. Our studio, and our materials, are sourced from across Europe.

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

    Please make sure to consult the Size/Dimension specifications listed in the product description. If you are still unsure of ring sizes, you can verify your size with this ring size chart here.
